1. The customer will be responsible for shipment costs of return
2. Make sure the product you are returning/ exchange is intact with all tags
3. All product / item purchased online can be exchanged within 20 days with below mention conditions:
- The product /item received has manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size, at the time of delivery.
- The product or item does not match with original specification, or the product found to be not the same as you had actually purchased
4. Product images may slightly vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting sources or may differ based on your screen resolution and other settings.Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange request will only be catered if a product is defected or a wrong product has been delivered.
5. Notify us of your intention to exchange by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery.
6. We does not offer a “cash refund”.
7. Replacement will be sent in case of defected/faulty/damaged item.
